1. Crush the biscuits until only crumbs remain. Melt the butter and coat the crumbs in the mixture. Pour into a cake tin to form a biscuit base.
2. Pour the double cream and cream cheese into a mixing bowl, then proceed to beat the mixture until thick and smooth.
3. Slowly spoon the mixture into the cake tin, then leave to cool in the fridge overnight. By the next morning, you should have a delicious and tasty cheesecake. Sprinkle with a handful of strawberries and enjoy!
