Pole Exercise is an exciting new way to work out - it's a great way to get fit and have fun too! Though similar to pole dancing, Pole Exercise focuses predominantly on the tricks that can be performed on a pole. Individual moves are taught on our 8 poles, from beginners to super advanced, allowing you to develop strength, tone and fitness. Most people don't even realize they've been working out until after the class! No longer is exercise a boring chore, Pole Exercise teaches both men and women how to utilise their own bodies, with no prior level of fitness or experience needed! Each class is taught in a step-by-step process, allowing you to progress as slowly or as quickly as you need to!
