Wentworth Graduate College because the became the University's first all-graduate College with effect from October 2001. We like to think of it as a centre for all graduates in the University as well as being a home to some 460 of them. Special features of the College are two studios equipped for painting, sculpture and ceramics and an attractive theatre-workshop for music and drama. The Sociology Department is located in the College. It is also the nearest college to the City of York and to the Biology Department.
