YUSU LGBT primarily exists to represent lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans students. We look out for LGBT students' welfare, and organise campaigns on LGBT issues.
We're not to be confused with the two other LGBT groups on campus - LGBT Social and Query. We take care of welfare, politics and representation, while LGBT Social organises social events targeted at LGBT people and Query hold discussions on issues surrounding gender and sexuality.
