Nap: Chanderpaul to be West Indies top batsmen 2.56 (Betfair)
Over the past two years there have been few better batsmen than Shivnarine Chanderpaul who has got bigger runs than someone who has coiffed 10 pints of Kronenbourg and an Efes special burger. He also has a fantastic record against England and is likely to revel against their current mediocre line up which is being punished by West Indies A at the moment. Sarwan has struggled over the past year and Gayle dislikes the swinging ball, so expect Chanderpaul to triumph. 2pt Win
Seano's Shouts: Blackburn to beat Middlesborough 3.05 and Pietersen to be England's top bat at 3.1 (Betfair)
Sam Allardyce appears to have turned Blackburn around and somehow managed to get Jason Roberts to find the net in the Premiership. Rovers are also starting to find their feet again defensively which should see them comfortably adrift from the relegation battle by the end of the season. Middlesborough are wobbling in the bottom three and are in real danger of the drop on current form. Allardyce's men are far too long at just over 2/1 and are definitely worth a punt. 1pt win
Back to the West Indies for another top batsmen pick, this time for the tumultuous KP. Despite his unpalatable behaviour and dismissal from the captaincy in recent times, Pietersen is the type of character that will bounce back on the field. A century in the first touring game shows that he is in fine form, and his average of 66.57 against the West Indies should leave Edwards et al shaking in their bowling boots. Low, slow pitches and medium pace bowling is a buffet that KP cannot wait to feed on. 1pt win
Horse: Dressed to Dance at 9.2 (Betfair) 7:50 Wolverhampton
Dressed to Dance has not won since last June but expect her to run well at Wolverhamtpon tonight. The handicappers have been generous and dropped her a few pounds which makes 9.2 seem a tasty price. 1pt Win
Outsider: Spurs, Fulham and Sunderland Win at 14/1 (Skybet)
This week's outsider is a Premier League triple for those of you that want a bit of a gamble. With the signing of Jermaine Defoe, coupled by the improved form of the impressive Pavlyuchenko, Spurs have got the goals back in them. Bolton are in appaling form and have just lost talisman Kevin Nolan to Newcastle. Redknapp's men should grab a win away from home.
Although wavering of late, Fulham have got a great home record in the Premiership and are hosting declining Pompey this weekend. Portsmouth have got many hard games to come and this one could set off a chain of losses. Sunderland seem to have the better of Newcastle in head to head games in recent seasons and without Owen, Martins and Viduka young Andy Carrol will head the Newcastle line. Moreover the likely transfer of Shay Given will leave the Newcastle back line vulnerable. I think 14/1 for these three punts is worth a try. 1pt win
