Nap: Blackburn to beat Arsenal at 9.8

Arsenal may play some of the best football on the planet but they have one big weakness: 'They don't like it up 'em'. Over his years as Bolton manager it seemed to be Big Sam's raison d'etre to bully Arsenal 2-0 and make Wenger moan in the post match press conference. Expect the same treatment from his Blackburn side when they travel to the Emirates this weekend.

Eduardo does return for Arsenal which should aide their attacking woes, but Blackburn's physical presence will make it hard for any of Arsenal's players to create any passing flow. I think a shade under 9/1 is a huge price as Blackburn are anything but a walkover under Allardyce. 2pt Win

Seano's Shouts: Lay Man U to only win the PL and LC at 2.5 and South Africa to beat Australia at 3.3

This season Man United have become the real deal, and look like they could well win five trophies this season. With almost all of their squad back to fitness I cannot see them not winning one of the FA cup or the Champions League. When they close out the league season, United will be able to rest players for the cup competitions and 6/4 is far too short a price to only win the league from now on in. 1pt Lay

Much to my disappointment, South Africa have been substandard this series. Their batting has lacked the steely resolve it had down under and a resurgent Australia look very threatening for the coming Ashes. But in one sense Australia's return to their '90s form is welcomed. They have won every game in the series so far, but now it comes to a dead rubber - and now it is time to oppose them. The Proteas maybe without skipper Smith but the stability of Prince should easily fill that hole. South Africa will not want a whitewash on home soil, so take advantage at 9/4. 1pt Win

Horse: What a Friend to win the 2:40 at Cheltenham at 7.2

After back to back winning horse selections I have gone for a longer price to push my luck. What's more is this is one of Alec Ferguson's horses who seems to have the midas touch at the minute. What a Friend has won on both outings over fences and trainer Nicholls has given him a good rest before this trip. Runs as second favourite but worth a go at a healthy price. 1pt Win

Outsider: Geoff Ogilvy to win the the CA WGC at 14.5

The big Aussie's game really has flowered since his US open win and right now is one of the best golfers in the world. He has 2 wins in 5 starts this season and seems to have mastered his sometimes mercurial putting. He won this event last year and came third in 2007, a clear display of his adeptness around the Blue Monster. Woods's return to the field has boosted his price to a tasty 14.5. 1pt Win
