Robyn – Dancing On My Own
With Robyn releasing her lead single ‘Dancing On My Own’ the same week as her latest album, there is no doubt that this audacious Swedish electropop siren is back and she has arrived in style. In many ways a sister track to the electo-ballad ‘With Every Heartbeat’, this single sees Robyn dancing with tears in her eyes to a mass of synths and drum machines culminating in one hell of a glorious pop outing (avoid the radio edit though as it does no justice to the album version whatsoever).

Example - Kickstarts
Despite a compelling video where we see enough different pairs of footwear, men and women to fill a catalogue, Example is a laughably unconvincing rapper, being the epitome of 'middle-class-white-boy-desperately-wanting-to-be-gangsta'. There is something very summery dance anthem about this track though, so don't be surprised to hear it when you're lazing in the sun in a park somewhere.

Kele – Tenderoni
Debut solo single from Kele of Bloc Party renown, taken from his forthcoming album The Boxer, this is a promising start. The single itself is something like chilled out dub step - after a slow start it really kicks in after the first minute, with a thumping bass line and chorus. Easy to sing along and dance to, expect the remix to be playing in a club near you very soon.
