A group of York students has won the opportunity to have their very own I-phone application developed after winning The App Challenge final, held at the Ron Cooke Hub on Wednesday, January 18.

Lester can be seen on the Weakest Link at 5:15pm this Monday on BBC 2. The show was due to be aired over two weeks ago but was delayed after one of the contestants died.
Lester, who recently landed the part of "Sam" in the feature film Faintheart, has told friends he was excited by the prospect of being on the show. The student rose to fame on his sardonic video diaries, which led to him being cast in the film. Lester has not let on how well he did on the show.
