'White Chocolate: Encore' to be the last

White Chocolate
White Chocolate: Encore
Tuesday, 4th March 2008
Joe Clarke, Goodricke Chair, has announced that the decision has been made to stop the popular RnB ‘Chocolate’ events.

'Chocolate' has proved to be extremely well-liked by students across campus, with tickets always selling out quickly.

Students have praised 'Chocolate' and its “originality”, telling The Yorker that they are “sad to see it go but looking forward to seeing what the new events will be like".

'Chocolate' will come to an end after many a successful night partly as a result of the perceived change in the musical needs and taste of students.

A replacement event has already been launched earlier this term in the form of GoodShack’s first Dance, House and Trance night.

'Encore' will have its signature chocolate fountain and RnB music at the last ever event on Saturday Week 9.

Tickets go on sale in YOUR:SHOP on Monday Week 9 and are priced at £4 in advance or £4.50 OTD. Dress Code: WHITE
