Lucy was news editor and then editor for York Vision in 2007, the year it won Newspaper of the Year at the Guardian Student Media Awards. She has had internships with the BBC and ITV and was named Best Student Reporter by the Guardian. In October 2007 she made the move to join The Yorker, to launch videocasting on the site.
