Protesters shall march down King's Square, joining thousands of people across the country in the call for electoral reform. This protest will follow TakeBackParliament's first demonstration in Trafalgar Sq yesterday where at least 2,000 people dressed in purple caught the attention of Nick Clegg. Accepting their petition, the leader of the Lib Dems urged the campaign to forge ahead “in every street, in every community all over the country” for a “different, better, new politics”.
